The EaP+ team has received the results of the consultation survey sent to EaP country organizations in December 2016. The goal of the survey was to identify the most relevant themes for six RDI-related webinars.

EaP countries. Ukraine was the best represented country with 56 respondents, followed by Belarus, with 38 respondents.

According to the results of the survey, the focus of the webinars will be on innovation strategy in RDI projects, engaging in academia industry cooperation and the internationalization of RDI activities. The survey also permitted to identify the most popular topics of interest for a three-day training seminar, among which figured types of support available for EaP countries in RDI projects, the commercialization routes and business models as well as networking opportunities in RDI projects.

The webinars will be led by experts in the fields of RDI, and support platforms will be set up in parallel to the webinars to accompany participants in their search for financial support and partners in EaP countries and EU Member States. The webinars are scheduled to run over the course of the years 2017 and 2018, up till January 2019. The first webinar is expected to be organised in April 2017.
