RCISD, as Task Leader of T 3.3 is happy to announce the launch of the second Call of the Grant Scheme starting from 7 November 2016!
This grant scheme financially supports the participation of local researchers from Eastern Partnership countries in brokerage events related to Horizon2020 in the EU Members States or Associated Countries. The thematic priorities of the call are the three Societal Challenges targeted by the projects, namely ‘Health’, ‘Energy’ and ‘Climate Change’. Maximum funding per grant is 1500 EUR.
Young researchers from the 10 ASEAN countries are invited to submit papers or posters on the scientific topics of the upcoming STI Days 2016 which will be held in Hanoi.
This is a Joint workshop by Danube-INCO.NET, the EUSDR Priority Area 07 “Knowledge Society” and PA07 Working Group 3: DRRIF and Coordination of National Funds within the Danube Region. It will be held at the Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy – Media Rooms (Freyung 3, 1010 Vienna, Austria) and is an event upon invitation only.
The Austrian Research Promotion Agency as one of the promoters of the EUREKA Danube Region call reports in the latest newsletter about the success of the previous call (deadline had been 17.6.2015, more then 80 consortia have submitted proposals which are currently under evaluation) and that on the basis of this high interest, a new call shall be opened in March 2016 (deadline in June 2016).
After the “not mandatory” deadline of 30th April for submitting project outlines, the E!DI Call has officially closed on 17th of June. It has intended to finance industry driven research and development project in which the project partners are collaborating to realize a new, innovative product, process or service across the Danube Region. Information on both participation of organisations and submitted project proposals is now available.
