Danube-INCO.NET presented at the Priority Area 7 Steering Group meeting (May 2014)

The Priority Area Steering Group members and several other stakeholders present at the meeting on May 20, 2014 in Budapest were introduced to the Danube-INCO.NET project and its activities, with many specific calls to the Steering Group members.

The meeting took place at the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs in Budapest and included updates from the working groups:

> Higher Education and Mobility
> ICT
> Collaboration with JRC
> Danube Region Research and Innovation Fund and coordination of national funds

Several project ideas have been introduced to the Steering Group by stakeholders such as GIZ, Technical University of Kosice, University of Trieste, etc.

In the section on relevant news and updates WBC-INCO.NET project final report has been provided and Danube-INCO.NET project progress report (see attachment pdf). The Danube Programme 2014-2020 state of the art has been introduced as well as some previous activities by JRC and flagship projects:

> DREAM
> DANUBIUS
> Danube:Future

The milestones of priority area 7 have been discussed and some further improvements are still pending.
