BILAT-UKR*AINA
Enhancing the BILATeral S&T Partnership with UKRraine * Advanced INnovative Approach
The major objectives of BILAT-UKR*AINA are:
- to support the institutional dialogue on STI policy between the European Commission, the EU MS, CC and AC, and Ukraine,
- to provide analytical input to the dialogue and to ensure specific practical follow-up and sustainability;
- to monitor and analyse innovation and research cooperation expressed in co-publications, scientific and educational networks and in terms of joint projects including participation of EU researchers in Ukrainian S&T State Programmes;
- to provide a flexible instrument for pilot projects and pilot activities to facilitate the implementation of the joint EU-Ukraine STI Roadmap;
- to provide capacity building and networking opportunities for the best Ukrainian researchers in order to increase their participation in joint projects;
- to promote RTDI cooperation opportunities in particular in FP7/Horizon 2020, to support the creation of networks and the participation in joint projects;
- to secure the outreach of the project to interested parties which are not consortium members and to increase awareness about the assets of RTDI cooperation with Ukraine.
