Open Call for Presentations for the Young Researchers Forum in Central Asia, Bishkek, 9 June 2016

In the framework of the Young Researchers Forum in Central Asia that will take place on 9 June 2016, in Bishkek/Kyrgyzstan, up to 5 Central Asia young researchers will be selected by the organising committee of the forum to present their research and how this could match with open or forthcoming topics of Horizon 2020 on climate change, energy or health.

Selected researchers will explain how their work could contribute to the topic. An open discussion will follow on how to intensify collaboration between EU and CA with emphasis on the presented topics.

Interested applicants that would like to make a presentation will be requested to fill in an application form including:

  1. a topic from the H2020 list they are interested in,
  2. their research activities related to this topic,
  3. research cooperation with EU researchers related to the topic, or EU researchers identified through scientific conferences or bibliography.

Eligibility Criteria:

English-speaking young researchers (PhD obtained after 2000), obtained preferably in EU, with expertise on climate change, or energy or health.

Selection Criteria:

Justification of the relevance between the research activity and the topic of Horizon 2020.
