DUO-Thailand  2017 is open for applications until August 15, 2016 Thailand  local time. DUO-Thailand Programme is sponsored by the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC), Ministry of Education, Thailand with an aim to enhance a mobility of students between Thailand and ASEM member states in Europe on a balanced basis.

The programme has been established since 2006 and has supported 310 , students and teachers over the past 10 years. However, the programme will only concentrate on student body to accommodate their ever increasing demand with limited resources facing steep euro exchange rate.
