Call for Interest on Nanomaterials and Bionanoscience for researchers in Europe and Japan

JEUPISTE will participate to NANOTEXNOLOGY, the International Conferences and Exhibition on Nanotechnologies, Organic Electronics & Nanomedicine, held on 4-8 July 2016 in Thessaloniki, Greece. (http://www.nanotexnology.com/).

On this occasion, the JEUPISTE project will organise an Academic Workshop on Nanomaterials and Bionanoscience with the aim to facilitate partnership building towards new Europe-Japan projects. Thought-leading researchers from the academic sector from Japan and Europe will share knowledge, provide ideas and discuss future perspectives on potential cooperation.

The JEUPISTE project is looking for enthusiastic Japanese and European researchers on the topic of nanomaterials and/or bionanoscience, who are willing to present a research project with relevance for Europe-Japan cooperation in which they have worked or they are currently working, and who can suggest a collaboration theme in the field of nanomaterials or bionanoscience. During his/her intervention, the researcher should present the scope of their project, activities, impact, lessons learnt and obstacles for cooperation.

The project will cover their travel, accommodation and conference fee costs. Please read the flyer (PDF) for details.

The application deadline is 11 May 2016. Successful applicants will be notified by the 16 May 2016.
